They will probably be linked together with a cord, so all you need to do is unfold, pop them together and set up your tent. Gone are the days of trying to find a specific numbered pole!
Your local sporting goods store will have canvas tents for sale if you are looking to buy one. However, if you want to find some really cheap canvas tents, I would suggest looking around at garage sales or online. You can find some pretty cheap tents from ex-hunters or older people who don’t really go camping anymore.
